What We Do

Dr. Sofia's Daycare and Learning Center supports working families in Pakistan through full day childcare, preschool learning, after school support, early childhood educator training, and community workshops.

We care for children from 90 days to 12 years in a safe, clean, and warm environment. Our day includes routine, play, learning, emotional regulation, and screen free engagement.

Our programs include Full-Day Childcare, Playgroup to Kindergarten, Grade 1 Entrance Preparation for leading schools, After-School Learning Support, and age-appropriate recreational activities. We plan lessons that support social, emotional, physical, cognitive, language, creative, and self help development.

Our learning approach is shaped by Early Childhood Education training from Canada and learning from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Early Education Leadership. It draws from Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory, and Vygotsky's scaffolding, while respecting Pakistan's cultural diversity, traditions, and ethnic backgrounds.

Alongside our work with children, we offer a full time Early Childhood Educator Course. We also conduct seminars, workshops, and discussion circles for parents, educators, and caregivers. These sessions create space for awareness, community building, and practical conversations around children and family life.

Our goal is simple. Children should feel safe, settled, curious, confident, and happy. Parents should feel calm knowing their child is in caring hands.
